Kelly Shu

Kelly is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She has experience handling cases in a range of visa categories including H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, as well as PERM labor certification, adjustment of status, and naturalization applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Kelly worked for a boutique immigration law firm in Los Angeles, focusing on employment and investment-based immigration law. Additionally, Kelly worked for a prominent real estate development firm in Hollywood, where she handled a wide range of legal compliance matters. She speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
