Kellen is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. He has experience with immigration matters including EB-1, EB-2, EB-5, H, L, O, P, J, TN, E-1/2 and E-3, PERM, National Interest Waivers and adjustment of status. He helped win a lawsuit against USCIS that overturned two H-1B denials, assisted multinational companies navigate the travel bans, and presented a session on business immigration litigation for the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Prior to working at BAL, Kellen served in the Army for 10 years . After his service, Kellen earned his undergraduate and law degrees, worked in immigration at boutique and large law firms and headed the immigration program for the University of Texas at Arlington.
