Katrina is a Staff Attorney in the Tysons office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, where she works on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for corporate clients. Her practice focuses on I-140 petitions, Adjustment of Status applications, and responding to USCIS Requests for Evidence. She also assists with EB-1, L-1, and O-1 cases. Katrina began her career at BAL as a Law Clerk assisting with immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions.

During law school, Katrina worked at a business immigration law firm where she focused on employment-based petitions, particularly EB-1 cases. Additionally, Katrina gained experience in removal defense and humanitarian-based forms of immigration relief including asylum applications and T visas through internships with non-profits as well as the Department of Homeland Security. While attending law school, Katrina served as the Communications Director for the International Law Student Association.
