Katie Stone

Katie* has been with BAL since 2014 and is Director of the Practice Management (PM) department. Her team delivers outstanding US and global immigration content to serve both BAL clients and internal legal teams.

PM utilizes BAL’s first-to-market case management interface to streamline legal workflows and guide the client through their immigration process from start to finish, allowing for an exceptional user experience. Katie has led the PM team in creating thousands of customized email templates, forms, questionnaires, and case management systems for hundreds of immigration projects. Her team optimizes BAL’s proprietary technologies through automation and innovation so that legal teams may focus on making a lasting personal impression on their clients.
