Karlie is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, acting as a central point of contact for legal subject matter expertise and providing daily consultations to managers, employees, and HR business partners. Karlie also provides escalation support, manages escalation response, and develops, enhances, and communicates program policies based on US regulations and agency adjudicatory trends. In her role as an onsite attorney, she supports clients’ immigration program management on policy matters, facilitates ongoing casework, and provides ready and available legal consultation.

Prior to joining BAL, Karlie utilized her employment-based immigration expertise with a mid-size labor law firm in Chicago. She counselled clients on sponsorship and work authorization compliance in the technology, finance, education, research and development, arts, and social services domains.
