Joseph is a Staff Immigration Attorney in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. He works on U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for corporate clients. Joseph provides assistance to legal teams in the filing of immigration casework. He also conducts legal research and assists with the preparation of complex written projects for immigration cases.
Prior to joining BAL, Joseph worked as a Staff Attorney with Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid assisting low income clients. During law school, Joseph participated in several moot court competitions and was a member of the board of advocates as well. Joseph was also the director of the 2019 Larry G. Hyden Mock Trial Competition at his law school.
