Jessica Chi

Jessica is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She works on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters.

Prior to joining BAL, Jessica practiced as an immigration attorney with a full service immigration firm in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, where she primarily focused on immigrant investor visas, responding to complex requests for evidence, and guiding individuals through extraordinary ability and national interest waiver petitions. During law school, Jessica worked as a Student Attorney with the Immigrant Rights Clinic, providing legal services to clients in removal proceedings, and also served as a Summer Intern for the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration.
