Jennifer Schaaf

Jen is a Senior Associate in the Boston office of BAL, where she provides strategic guidance to corporate clients on all areas of the U.S. business immigration process. She has represented companies ranging from start-ups to large multinational corporations in a wide-variety of industries, including information technology, management consulting, financial services, marketing, supply chain and insurance.

Jen has experience working with global mobility departments for large foreign national populations to develop and optimize policies and practices for their corporate immigration programs, immigration compliance, as well as individual immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters.

Prior to joining BAL, Jen practiced immigration law at another large global immigration firm. She has also provided pro bono services in connection with several local organizations, including Project Citizenship, Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy (MIRA) and the Rian Immigrant Center (formerly the Irish International Immigrant Center).
