Jennifer is an Associate in the Boston office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP where she provides guidance and strategy to employers on the US business immigration process. She has worked extensively with academic research institutions, engineering firms, and entrepreneurs for non-immigrant and immigrant visa options, including H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, O-1, EB-1B, EB-1C, National Interest Waiver, Labor Certification (PERM), and Adjustment of Status.
Prior to joining BAL, Jennifer worked for a boutique immigration firm where her work included both employment-based and family-based immigration filings. Additionally, Jennifer is an active volunteer attorney with the Rian Immigrant Center (previously known as the Irish International Immigrant Center), working with their legal clinics to assist immigrants in the Greater Boston area.
