Jeff is a Staff Attorney in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman and Leiden LLP, where he provides legal research, analyzes complex immigration issues and prepares nonimmigrant and immigrant filings. He has experience with O-1, L-1, H-1B, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3, as well as EAD renewals for DACA recipients.

Prior to joining BAL, Jeff worked for a global immigration firm serving international and national clients. During law school, Jeff served as a member of the Moot Court Board and competed twice in INTA’s Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition, eventually winning the national competition in Washington, D.C. He also interned with the legal department for a global technology company. Jeff has lived in Brazil as a Rotary Youth Ambassador and speaks Portuguese. He was born and raised in the Sierra Nevadas and loves the outdoors, including hiking with his pandemic pup, skiing, mountain biking and camping.
