Janice Lee Fitzsimmons

Janice is a Staff Attorney in the San Francisco office of BAL. Her current practice includes advising clients on both nonimmigrant and immigrant business visa issues as well as advising companies in immigration practice, process, and policy areas.
She is especially enthusiastic about assisting our clients’ foreign national employees in meeting the various immigration challenges they face in the United States and helping them achieve success personally and professionally.
Janice is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, and Contra Costa County Bar Association. She is also an instructor and black belt, regularly teaching and training in kung fu.
