Jaimie Finlon

Jaimie is an Associate in the Chicago office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. She has experience with E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, R-1, and TN visa classifications as well as corporate L blanket petitions, PERM, EB-1 multinational manager immigrant visa petitions, EB-2 outstanding research immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Jaimie worked for a large immigration firm, where she counseled clients on immigration matters from a wide range of industries, including financial technology, investment management, market making, energy management, and packaging.

During law school, Jaimie completed internships with the Office of General Counsel for US Citizenship and Immigration Services as well as the Office of Principal Legal Advisor for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Thus, providing her will with invaluable exposure to the agency’s perspective of immigration law.
