Jaime is a Staff Attorney in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, where he focuses on employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions for corporate clients. 

Prior to joining Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, Jaime was an associate at a Dallas immigration firm. There he handled a broad range of immigration matters, and represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Before going into private practice, he was a Program Manager for Catholic Charities of Dallas where he helped children and others in need with immigration matters. Jaime has also been an invited speaker at several Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses to train other attorneys in immigration law.
