Irene Yang

Irene is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. Her responsibilities encompass all aspects of U.S.-inbound business immigration matters, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters. She also manages immigration programs for large Fortune 500 clients and prepares immigration filings before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on their behalf. Irene has represented numerous clients in immigration court, and has experience in family-based immigration, deportation defense, U visas and representing clients in Violence Against Women Act petitions.

Irene is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, as well as a recipient of the Stanley E. Gould Prize for Public Interest Law.
