Irene is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. She handles all aspects of U.S.-inbound business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She has managed immigration programs for large Fortune 500 clients and prepared immigration filings before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on their behalf.
Irene has represented numerous clients in immigration court, and has experience in family-based immigration, deportation defense, U visas, and representing clients in Violence Against Women Act petitions.
Irene is fluent in Mandarin.
