As Chief Marketing Officer, Hennessey Knoop leads BAL’s marketing team in producing comprehensive, industry-leading client information and analysis, and spearheading the firm’s marketing strategies, design, and brand communications.


Using digital and print media, industry events, and innovative technology, Hennessey strives to support meaningful connections between BAL, its clients and the wider community—creating a positive impact on people’s lives. Prior to becoming Chief Marketing Officer, Hennessey led BAL’s delivery of client information services as Sr. Director of the Knowledge Department. She and her team reported on nearly a thousand regulatory changes annually and incorporated this critical information into BAL’s proprietary compliance software, libraries, and client deliverables.
