Hector is an Associate in the New York City office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working with corporate clients to secure U.S. permanent residence and work authorization on behalf of their foreign national employees. Hector guides clients through the PERM labor certification, immigrant petition, and adjustment of status processes. 

Prior to joining BAL, Hector worked as an attorney at New York City-based boutique immigration law firms, where he provided comprehensive immigration services to clients in various industries including legal, finance, aviation, logistics, technology, arts, culinary, and hospitality, among others. His client profile consisted of large multinational corporations, startups, small and midsize companies, as well as individuals. During law school, he volunteered for non-profit organizations where he assisted in providing representation to low-income populations in family and humanitarian-based immigration matters.
