Haesung is a Partner in the Tysons office of BAL. She has represented clients on all aspects of employment-based U.S. immigration legal matters as well as family-based U.S. immigration legal matters. She currently focuses on the PERM labor certification and immigrant visa petition process for large corporations.
Prior to joining BAL, Haesung gained experience at a boutique law firm in Washington D.C. as well as a large general practice law firm in Boston. She has represented clients ranging from individual investors and start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
