Grace works on employment-based immigration with a focus on both U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters.

Prior to joining BAL, Grace worked with a legal aid organization in Massachusetts where she represented immigrants in humanitarian and family-based immigration matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Additionally, Grace completed internships with Boston University’s immigration legal clinic, a private immigration law office, and the nonprofit Rian Immigrant Center.

During law school, Grace served as vice president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and as a staff member of the Boston University International Law Journal. Grace speaks Korean.
