Eunyoung is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters for the United States. She has experience in PERM, H-1Bs, TNs, NIWs as well as EB-1A and EB-1B immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Eunyoung worked for over a decade at an immigration firm renowned for its work in Defense from Removal, Family-Based immigration, and Naturalization. She personally successfully handled numerous cases before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) including, but not limited to, LPR COR, non-LPR COR, 237(a)(1)(H), 212(i), 212(h) cases. Having personally navigated the world of U.S. immigration as an F-1 student to naturalization, Eunyoung understands the process can be, at times, stressful and daunting. Her experience propels her to provide excellent, efficient service to all of her clients with humility and empathy. Eunyoung is a native Korean speaker.
