Erum Choudhry is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for the United States. She has experience in PERM, H-1Bs, TNs, L-1A/L-1Bs, Blanket Ls, E2s, E3s, as well as EB-1 multinational manager immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications.

Erum has extensive experience working with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, major hospitals, multinational corporations and individuals of all educational and cultural backgrounds.

Prior to joining BAL, Erum served as a legal consultant and attorney with boutique business immigration law firms in Silicon Valley and a well-established business Immigration Law firm in Northern California. In her spare time, Erum is an avid artist, painter and sculptor. Her artwork has been exhibited in the United States, Russia, Japan and Pakistan. She is a frequent speaker at local community and youth events.
