Elizabeth Lee

Elizabeth is a Staff Attorney in the Boston office of BAL, where she advises clients on all employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including PERM and labor certifications.

Elizabeth has experience representing corporate clients in diverse industries. During law school, she worked full-time as a paralegal. Elizabeth began her immigration career as a paralegal at BAL. She is a first-generation Korean American, versatile in Korean and English. Elizabeth is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Boston Bar Association.
