Elizabeth Lee

Elizabeth is a Staff Attorney in the Boston office of BAL, where she advises clients on all employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters, including PERM and labor certifications. Elizabeth also handles Requests for Evidence (RFE) for select clients in the Boston office.

Elizabeth has experience representing corporate clients in diverse industries. She is a first-generation Korean American, with a fluency in both English and Korean. Elizabeth is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
