Danielle Westgard is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman and Leiden LLP. Danielle works on a wide range of employment-based corporate immigration matters for both immigrant visas and nonimmigrant visas. Her experience also encompasses permanent residency matters such as: Multinational Managers and Executives and Outstanding Researchers; nonimmigrant visas for Intracompany Transfers and Extraordinary Ability or Achievement; and successfully answering Requests for Evidence.
Prior to joining BAL, Danielle received her JD from SMU Dedman School of Law. She was a student attorney and guardian ad litem for the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic representing abused and neglected children in Dallas County. Additionally, she was a legal intern for the Family Violence Division of the Dallas District Attorney’s Office.
