Daniele is a Staff Attorney in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for the United States. She has experience in H-1Bs, TNs, E-2s, L-1As, EB-1 immigrant visa petitions as well as adjustment of status and consular process applications. Daniele has experience in filing I-290-B, Motions to Reopen and/or Motions to Reconsider as well as Appeals with the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). She also has experience representing individual clients on N-400, I-90, K-1, I-751, I-130, and I-485 family-based applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Daniele worked for several boutique immigration law firms in the Dallas area where she practiced employment-based and family-based immigration as well as removal defense. Additionally, Daniele volunteered her assistance with Justice For Our Neighbors providing assistance to low-income clients regarding their immigration matters. She was also a member of their Board of Directors.
