Courtney is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters for the United States. She has experience in PERM, H-1Bs, TNs, E-3s, as well as EB-1 multinational manager immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications. Courtney began her immigration career as a Law Clerk at BAL, assisting with drafting immigration applications for clients.

Prior to joining BAL, Courtney worked for a boutique civil litigation firm, focusing on personal injury and employment litigation.  Additionally, Courtney was involved with the Innocence Project of Texas and the Pro Bono Program at Baylor Law School. She volunteered her assistance with the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and Mission Waco Legal Aid Clinic, providing assistance to low-income clients with immigration and criminal law needs.
