Claudia is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters.
Prior to joining BAL, Claudia worked as an immigration lawyer specializing in family-based petitions and removal defense cases. During law school, Claudia was a student attorney with the Center for Legal and Social Justice’s Immigration Clinic, providing assistance to low income clients with immigration needs. Claudia speaks English and Spanish.
