Chris is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. He provides strategic guidance to corporate clients on risk mitigation and policy interpretation with an eye towards seamless employee mobility. Chris represents these clients on complex U.S. business immigration matters before the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of State in addition to providing counsel regarding immigration compliance, program management, and corporate reorganizations.
He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and enjoys providing pro bono counsel to individuals and families. Prior to joining BAL, Chris practiced in the Boston office of a global immigration law firm.
