Catherine Van Auken

Catherine is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, where she provides strategic guidance to corporate clients on U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She has a broad range of experience in the filing of nonimmigrant visas, labor certifications, and permanent residence applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Catherine practiced at a large global immigration firm, where she represented companies in the information technology, consulting and e-commerce industries. She has also provided pro bono legal services for non-profit organizations and through Project Citizenship.
