Casey is a Staff Attorney at the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working primarily on immigrant visa matters with a particular focus on PERMs and PERM-based I-140s. Casey is involved in all aspects of these processes from client communication to document preparation to case review. Additionally, Casey contributes to defining efficient case processes that optimize client experience.

Prior to joining BAL, Casey worked at a boutique consulting firm in Hong Kong, supporting global businesses in tax, securities, real-estate, and investment-based immigration matters. In addition to handling traditional employment-based visa petitions for multinational managers and executives, he also worked extensively with EB-5 Regional Centers and their sponsored projects from start-up to successful project completion and capital redeployment. Casey speaks English, French, Spanish, and Chinese.
