Carmiann Cespedes

Carmiann is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. Her practice concentrates on employment based immigration with an emphasis on H1B and PERM applications. Carmiann has focused on immigration law since the start of her legal career.

Prior to joining BAL, Carmiann worked in boutique law firms in Dallas and Puerto Rico where her practice encompassed removal defense, family and corporate immigration law. She has successfully managed extraordinary ability cases and applications for national interest waivers.
