Brittany Leal-Calandra

Brittany is an associate in the Dallas office of BAL. Her focus includes nonimmigrant and immigrant visa types, including L-1A, L-1B, H-1B and TN nonimmigrant visas, as well as EB-1 Multinational Manager, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions. Brittany began her career as a law clerk with BAL, assisting with requests for evidence — an area that she continues to embrace in her current role.
During law school, Brittany served as vice president of the American Constitution Society and volunteered with the Unlocking Doors Recidivism Project. Additionally, Brittany co-authored proposed Texas state legislation on police reform. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
