Brittany is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters . She has experience in a variety of visa categories including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, and I-140 petitions. Brittany began her immigration career as a Law Clerk at BAL, assisting with Requests for Evidence, an area which she continues to take a special interest in her current practice.
Prior to joining BAL, Brittany completed internships with the Dallas City Attorney, Federal Public Defender, and Dallas County Public Defender. Additionally, Brittany co-authored proposed Texas state legislation on police reform while at UNT Dallas College of Law. During law school, Brittany served as Vice President of the American Constitution Society and volunteered with the Unlocking Doors Recidivism Project.
