Brittany is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She works on a broad spectrum of employment-based immigration matters with a particular concentration on requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny, appeals, and motions to reopen and reconsider. Prior to starting her role with BAL, Brittany clerked with another well-established corporate immigration firm where she focused on permanent residence petitions for outstanding researchers and scientists, executives, multinational managers, and other aliens of extraordinary ability.
During law school, she served as President of Women and Law Association, Director of Honors Moot Court Internal, Senior Editor of the Journal of International Law, and student advisor on both the Dean’s Committee for Diversity and Inclusion and the Dean’s Committee on Academic Affairs. She continues to volunteer at her alma mater and with local nonprofit naturalization clinics.
