Brendan Kinne* is Director of Global Programs in the Houston office of BAL. He provides strategic insight to Partners and Managing Directors for new global program initiatives and enhancements for the management of firm-wide client needs. Brendan leads and contributes to key global business development efforts with RFP responses and presentations, and assists in revenue growth, through strategic consultation with clients, new product creation and program analysis.
Brendan has more than 17 years of global immigration experience, and has managed immigration programs around the world. He has directed the transition, implementation and onboarding of key new clients on a global scale, to include direct management of personnel and third-party vendors. Brendan has successfully built and maintained client relationships and satisfaction for the global immigration services to clients, with primary responsibility for large multi-national companies. He also supervises the global account management function for Houston-based clientele.
Prior to joining BAL, Brendan led the Madrid, Spain office of a large, international immigration consulting firm before being selected to run their Hong Kong office and later take leadership of their Americas operations. He has successfully managed multiple immigration teams, taking responsibility for his team’s performance in all aspects of client account services and case management. He has experience providing inbound and outbound immigration services to clients in various industries, including the petrochemical, financial services, pharmaceutical, information technology, engineering, and telecommunications sectors. With a strong commitment to excellence, Brendan is recognized for his expertise in conceptualizing customized immigration technology solutions that meet his clients’ specific needs, and advising IT teams in the execution of those solutions.
