Brandi Motamedi

Brandi Motamedi is an Associate in the San Francisco office of BAL. She provides mostly nonimmigrant visa support for a Fortune 100 tech company, while managing an exceptional team of Legal Assistants and Paralegals.

Brandi is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association NorCal (Advisory Committee Member), and Animal Legal Defense Fund (Attorney Member). Her legal work is focused on high-volume H-1B, L-1A and L-1B filings, including associated dependent petitions, nonimmigrant EADs and RFE responses.
