Blake Burch

Blake is an Associate at the Austin office of BAL. Blake understands the challenges faced by employers with international workforces and develops creative strategies and solutions for companies seeking high-skilled, professional foreign labor.

Having worked in both boutique and large law firm environments, he is well-versed in a variety of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant case types. Blake has worked with individuals and clients of all sizes, from start-ups and small businesses to multinational corporations, in a broad range of industries, including hospitality, energy, media, finance, healthcare, and education. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Blake earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University.
