Benjamin Wright* is a Project Manager in the Houston office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. Ben is responsible for the overall management and coordination of large-scale business projects for BAL with a primary focus on information technology, including product development, data analytics, and enterprise security. Ben serves as a primary lead for internal, firm-wide initiatives as well as strategic engagements with BAL clients and partners.

Prior to his current role, Ben served as BAL’s Regional Manager for Consular Services where he was responsible for managing a large team of immigration professionals, providing clients with a wide range of support for all consular related matters in North America. Prior to joining BAL, Ben led a team of immigration professionals for a large, international immigration consulting firm and managed complex immigration projects for a strategic consulting department. Ben has helped clients navigate the immigration impact of multi-billion dollar mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has experience providing inbound and outbound immigration services to clients in various industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical, information technology, engineering, and telecommunications.
