Ben Hamilton is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. He represents clients in all aspects of business immigration.
Ben has experience advising clients in diverse industries such as financial services, manufacturing, real estate and technology. He has represented employers ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Ben has also provided strategic advice and guidance on the full spectrum of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including qualifying investments, corporate structures and I-9 compliance. He is fluent in Spanish.
