Bartosz is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s San Francisco office specializing in nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. He handles visa classifications for Fortune 500 companies, media companies and nonprofit research organizations. He also excels in I-140 immigrant petitions for EB-1A, EB-1B and EB-1C categories.

Prior to joining BAL, Bartosz successfully represented immigrants applying for a variety of benefits such as asylum, DACA, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and T and U visas. During law school, Bartosz worked at the University of San Francisco School of Law’s Immigration and Deportation Defense Clinic and the Immigration Policy Clinic. Beyond his legal work, he spends his time backcountry skiing, hiking with his dog Misia and immersing himself in books.
