Bartosz is a Staff Attorney in the San Francisco office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. He has experience with F-1, H-1B, H-1B1, H-4, J-1, L-1A, and L-1B visa classifications, including drafting complex responses to requests for evidence (RFEs), as well as I-140 immigrant petitions.
Prior to joining BAL, Bartosz successfully represented immigrants applying for a variety of benefits such as asylum, DACA, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, T Visas, and U Visas. During law school, Bartosz worked at the University of San Francisco School of Law’s Immigration and Deportation Defense Clinic and the Immigration Policy Clinic. Bartosz speaks English and Polish. In his free time, he enjoys backcountry skiing, reading books, and hiking with his dog Misia.
