Audrenia Graham

Audrenia Graham is the Director of Training for Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and works in the firm’s Dallas office. With more than 20 years of experience, Audrenia is passionate about all facets of helping individuals acquire, retain and apply knowledge and skills. She is well-versed in facilitation, instructional design, customer service, leadership, innovation, and presentation skills. Audrenia oversees all employee training firmwide, including assessing and identifying BAL’s training needs, managing and directing employee training, and maintaining a consistent training culture.

Before joining BAL, Audrenia managed the training functions at a variety of organizations in the medical device manufacturing, payroll and employee benefits industries, developing and delivering high-quality training programs in both instructor-led and e-learning formats. Audrenia graduated from North Carolina A&T State University where she earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
