Anthony is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. He represents clients in all aspects of business immigration law, including PERM labor certifications, L-1, H-1B, H-1B1, TN, E-3, EB-1 multinational manager visas, and I-140 immigrant petitions and Adjustment of Status applications. He oversees and manages a team of paralegals in case preparation work.
Anthony is experienced in both family-based and employment-based immigration law matters, including naturalization, inadmissibility waiver applications, immigrant petitions, H-2A, and H-2B visas, TN, E-2, U and R visas. He also assisted clients with removal defense, USCIS site inspections and USCIS interviews.
During law school, Anthony worked as a Law Clerk, assisting with drafting and legal research for family-based and employment-based immigration law matters. Anthony was born in Seoul, South Korea, and is a naturalized U.S. citizen.
