Anisha Parikh

Anisha is an Associate in BAL’s New York office. She counsels multinational clients (in the financial sector and beyond) regarding immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based visa matters. She has experience with H-1B petitions as well as other filings and appeals related to nonimmigrant visa applications. She has previously worked on EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program cases. Anisha has also worked on O-1 cases in a variety of fields including fashion, arts, photography, restaurant management, and music.

In her current role at BAL and in her career before joining the firm, Anisha has advised corporate clients on compliance with U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations. Anisha has done pro bono work on behalf of torture victims from countries such as Ethiopia, Nigeria and Somalia and on behalf of victims of gender-based violence.
