Andy Blitzer

Andy Blitzer* is the Chief Procurement Officer at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP.  Andy has over 20 years of experience managing traditional financial functions, sourcing global goods and services, and leading intricate and complex negotiations.  Andy’s analytical approach and commitment to delivering best practice policies ensures cost savings and process efficiencies for BAL.  As a professional who is always seeking innovative terms and solutions, Andy collaborates with his peers to deliver optimal results that benefit the firm and its employees.

Andy earned his Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University.  In addition, Andy earned an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.  He is an active member in various professional affiliations such as the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Quebéc, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, granting him the opportunity to engage with peers and colleagues to identify strategic opportunities for BAL clients.
