Andrés is an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, and handles all U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant and immigrant visa matters.
Andrés has experience representing individual clients in all aspects of immigration law, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration and removal defense. In addition to preparing work-visa petitions, including L-1A, L-1B, and TN petitions, Andrés has extensive experience assisting clients in the green card and naturalization processes. His experience also includes alternative relief such as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) applications, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions, and U visa applications for victims of crimes in the U.S. Andrés has volunteered at pro bono immigration clinics in the community, helping individuals apply for DACA and naturalization.
Andrés is fluent in verbal and written Spanish.
