Andrea Pope

Andrea Pope* is a Senior Manager within the Practice Operations Department of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. Andrea assists in optimizing legal practice performance while ensuring the highest customer service. She increases departmental efficiency with improved reporting and provides key data analysis for process improvements. She assists in the development of legal practice standards and tools. Andrea tracks and reports quality metrics for senior management to use in performance recommendations. She provides guidance and quality assurance with regard to BAL systems and team management.

Andrea has worked in the corporate immigration industry since 2000, and has focused on nearly every aspect of US immigration, including the processing of nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, labor certifications, employment and family-based cases, and naturalization.
