Ali is an Associate in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters . He has experience in PERM, H-1Bs, TNs, as well as green card applications.
Prior to joining BAL, Ali successfully represented immigrants applying for a variety of benefits such as naturalization and citizenship, waivers of inadmissibility, affirmative asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Visas, Deferred Action, and employment-based petitions. Ali also represented clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court in Dallas.
