Alexa Early

Alexa is a Staff Attorney in the Tysons office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, where she works on U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She has experience in O-1s, L-1s, I-140s, as well as H-1Bs, TNs, E-3s, and PERM.

Prior to joining BAL, Alexa worked as an associate attorney at a national immigration law firm for over five years. Additionally, Alexa was the co-president of her law school’s Immigration and Refugee Interest Society. Outside of work, Alexa enjoys horseback riding, drawing, painting, and visiting museums.
