Abigail Pratt

Abigail is a Staff Attorney in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on U.S. nonimmigrant visa matters for corporate clients and their employees.

Prior to joining BAL, Abigail worked as an administrative hearing officer and supervising attorney for a state agency handling unemployment insurance matters. She has prior experience in insurance defense law. During law school, Abigail worked in the nonprofit sector advocating for women’s rights and supporting female candidates running for public office in Texas. Abigail enjoys baking, exploring the outdoors in Dallas, and discussing her current read for her two book clubs.
