Abhinav Tripathi

Abhinav is an Associate in the Santa Clara office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, working on all U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. He has experience assisting clients of all sizes in diverse industries, including financial services, healthcare, and information technology. Being a first-generation immigrant, he brings a unique understanding and experience as he helps multinational clients meet their immigration needs.

Prior to joining BAL, Abhinav worked at a boutique law firm in St. Louis, Mo., focusing his practice on all aspects of U.S. immigration. Abhinav speaks English and Hindi.
