MedPackTM Medical Device Packaging Cards
MedPackTM is a medical instrument packaging card that reduces the cost of traditional packaging without compromising performance. Engineered to exact specifications, these cards can be fabricated from recyclable, low particulate or sterilization tolerant materials.
Custom Printed Labels
BAL supplies level 1 Clean Room Packaging protocol that meets the strict guidelines for Medical and Bio-Tech labels. In addition we offer:
- Contact web cleaning with anti-static station to reduce dust
- Nitrogen flushing and vacuuming sealing
- Static dissipative bags
- Plastic cores for roll labels
Membrane Switches
A membrane switch is a multilayered device that is touch activated to make or break the electrical connection of a particular switch element. These low profile devices, constructed of chemical-resistant and/or scratch-resistant polyesters and polycarbonates, provide a minimum operating life of 1.5 million cycles. Design options include integral features such as tactile feedback, surface mound LEDs and shielding.
Front Panel Overlays
Overlays are typically printed subsurface on clear polycarbonate or polyester material, providing a barrier between the end user and the printed graphics. We carry a wide range of premium pressure sensitive adhesives, enabling us to tailor an adhesive solution to the bezel finish and environmental requirements of the part.
